- You agree to provide accurate information and cooperate throughout the project
- Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of information
4. Intellectual Property
- Developed code and designs belong to you upon full payment
- NovinStudio reserves the right to use completed projects in our portfolio
- NovinStudio proprietary libraries and tools remain our property
5. Payment and Fees
- Fees are calculated based on the agreed scope
- Payments are made according to the initial agreement
- Scope changes may affect the cost
6. Warranty and Support
- 30-day support after delivery for bug fixes
- Long-term support is available with a separate agreement
- Changes requested outside the scope are subject to additional fees
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The last update date is shown at the top of this page.
